You are able to maintain workflow steps definitions by navigating to Start of the navigation path SPRO transaction Next navigation step Application Server Business Management SAP Business Workflow TCM Provider Edit Definitions of Workflow Step End of the navigation path .

You can define a name to be displayed when reading a specific task.

To add a new workflow task with its corresponding ID follow the steps below:

Click New Entry.
In the Maintain Workflow Step Definitions section, enter the Workflow ID and Step ID, and Description text in the relevant columns.

Edit Decision Alternatives

You are able to maintain decision alternatives for workflow tasks.

You can use decision keys to add steps to the user decision service. By using these keys, you can apply a decision to a task. The functionality is carried out using the following enhancement spot for customer implementation: /IWWRK/ES_WF_WI_BEFORE_UPD_IB.

To define decision keys, follow the steps below:

Click New Entry.
In the Maintains view for Workflow TCM Decision Options, enter the Workflow ID, Step ID, New Decision Key and its description text in the relevant columns.
