Apply Release

Use

This action releases the Workflow item after it has been reserved. Apply Release requires the use of function import.

To obtain the URL for the function import:

1. On the SAP Gateway system, go to transaction SPRO, open the SAP Reference IMG and navigate to SAP NetWeaver  SAP Gateway  OData Channel  Administration  General Settings  Activate and Maintain Services.

2. Select the Workflow service.

3. Choose Call Browser.

4. Perform the ApplyRelease function import.
