PMI Toolbar

Use

You can use the PMI toolbar to toggle the view of PMI markups, display any metadata that is present in the file, and establish the default PMI markup settings. You can also use the toolbar in conjunction with the Tool Assistant (see Tool Assistant) to adjust the global settings for PMI Markups.

Using the toolbar you can perform the following actions:

Text markups

Measurements, tolerances, material data, and reference datum

Dimensions

Detailed dimension line markups

Datum

Special reference points or planes for measurement markups sometimes shown as a single letter enclosed within a box

Roughness

The roughness markups

Welding

The surface finish weld point markups

Center Line

Shows and hides the center line markups.

Center Mark

Shows and hides the center mark markups.

Custom Symbol

Used to visually control PMI with custom symbols.

Show/Hide all PMIs

 Shows and hides all PMIs

Show/Hide all PMIs in Activated Viewport

Shows and hides PMIs in the activated viewport only.

Toggle Points on Top

If a file contains points, this option brings the points to the front.
