Measurements Toolbar
Use
You can use the Measurements toolbar to measure the distance, or angle, between two elements in a scene, or within a single element, and modify the measurement properties. To edit the global settings for measurements, use the Measurement Tool with the Tool Assistant (see Tool Assistant)

Activities
To open the toolbar, do one of the following:

On the Menu bar, choose

Right-click the menu bar and choose Measurements

In the Customize Layout window choose Toolbars and select the Measurements check box
