Metadata VE/ID Window
You can use the Metadata VE/ID window to select from specific object metadata for query filters. Query displays a selected list of metadata found in the loaded file. Initially, the selected list is all of the metadata fields in the loaded file, but you may limit that list by turning off the display of some values. This is achieved by using the check marks on the left of the metadata categories/names on each line.
In this window, you can sort the columns by category, key, data type, or the number of unique values present in the loaded model. The columns can be moved and sorted up or down, including the first column of checkmarks. The unique number of values is also shown in the Metadata dialog. For example, an attribute, 'CODE NUMBER' is text, and has 9 values, but only 1 unique value. That value is '12'.
