Moving Objects

Use

You can use the Move tool to move selected objects relative to the selected axis or axes, and to duplicate objects. When the Move tool is selected, the object position controls display the objects' position along the X, Y, and Z axes. You can then move the selected objects by dragging them within the viewport or by using the object position controls.

Movement can be performed on no more than two axes at one time. Note that if only one axis is selected, the objects move on that axis. If two axes are selected, the model moves on that plane. If you select multiple objects, their coordinates may not be aligned. In this case, moving along a selected axis will move all objects along their individual axis; i.e. they will move individually, rather than as a group.
