Render To Window (Steps)

Use

You can access the Render To window by using the Render to Raster or Video command. From here, you can render and save the current step or procedure to one of a number of video or 2D formats.

Features

The available options are as follows:

Element

Functional Description

Save in

Selects a destination into which to save the created file

File Name

The name for the saved file

Save as Type

The format in which you wish to save the file.

Save

Saves the file in the selected format with the current export settings

Frames

Determines the number of frames to save in the file

  • First Frame: Save only the first frame.

  • All Frames: Save all frames.

  • Last Frame: Save only the last frame.

  • Range: Specifies the first and last frame numbers to save that number of image files

Settings

Establishes export properties for the selected format

Render

Displays the current renderer and settings, and allows you to open the Properties window and modify the settings for the selected renderer.

  • Settings: Establishes render properties for the selected renderer

FPS

The frames per second: that is, the number of frames of an animation sequence that are displayed every second. This setting reflects on the type of playback system, as various film, computer, and TV playback systems differ.

Pause

The delay in ms. before playing the selected step or procedure
