Coloring Comments

Use

You can change the way in which the comments display. Custom colors can be selected for the text, line and background of comments. The toolbar color buttons reflect the currently selected color.

Any changes that you make to these color settings are applied to all comments that are subsequently created

Selecting a Color for the Text

In the Collaboration panel, choose Change Font Color , make the selections you require, and choose OK.

Selecting a Background Color for the Text Box

Choose Change Background Color , make the selections you require, and choose OK.

Selecting a Line Color for the Text Box

Choose Change Line Color , make the selections you require, and choose OK.
