Files Tab Page

Use

This tab page displays file types, their formats, and their associated applications. Using it, you can select the file types that you want loaded into SAP 3D Visual Enterprise Author automatically when they’re double-clicked in Windows Explorer.

You can also specify the following:

Which file types and folders to display in the File list.
How SAP 3D Visual Enterprise Author is displayed when it starts.
Select other file type to display in the file associations list.

Features

Fields and Checkboxes	Functional Description
Select All	Selects all displayed files
Select 3D	Selects all displayed 3D files
Select 2D	Selects all displayed 2D files
Clear 3D	Clears all 3D files from selection
Clear 2D	Clears all 2D files from selection
Visible Files	Specifies the file types you want to display in the Files list.
Other Files	Lets you specify additional file types to be included on the file associations list. You can enter more than one file type by separating them with semicolons. For example: `.dat`;`.bat`.
Open Files by Single Click	Allows you to open file by single click
Open Files by Double Click	Allows you to open file by double-click
Load File in Background	Loads files independently of the application so you can continue to use the application. Note You can use the Stop button to stop loading a file.
Show Import Settings When Opening Files	Displays the appropriate import settings for files, before opening. This function means that specific import options can be set for each time a file is opened.
Last Saved Folder is Default for Save	Indicates that your files, by default, are saved in the last saved folder.
Current File Folder is Default for Save	Indicates that your files, by default, are saved in the current folder in which you’re working.
Show Export Settings When Saving Files	Displays the appropriate export settings for files, before saving. This function means that specific export options can be set for each time a file is saved.
