Reordering Items in the Query

Use

Multiple statements in a query are run in the order in which they appear. If the query contains multiple filters, these are also run in the order in which they appear. The order of the actions is not important, but the zoom actions are always performed last.

Once created, there are options to reorder items in the query. You can change the order of statements, filters, and actions to reflect the order in which they should be run. This is achieved by using the arrows to the right of the statements.

Activities

1. Create a query with multiple items.

2. Hover the cursor over the filter, action, or statement to reorder.

   The reordering arrows display to the right of the selected item.

3. Perform one of the following:

   • Click Up to move the selected filter, action, or statement up.

   • Click Down to move the selected filter, action, or statement down.
