Overview of Undo Runs
In the transaction Overview of Undo Runs (DAGRUN), you have an overview of the detailed information about individual undo runs.
You can only undo one run at a time for a data aging object. If an undo run is already active for a data aging object and you want to start an additional run, the last run to be started for the same object is not executed.
- Select the transaction Overview of Data Aging Runs (DAGRUN) to schedule the runs.
- Choose in the menu.
In the list, you will get the details pertaining to the individual undo runs, such as the name of the data aging objects, start time, duration, and job name. You can also display additional information by using the statistics or the job overview.
Statistics for the Undo Run
To have a history of the undo runs, statistics are gathered each time undo run is scheduled. These statistics record the state of the data aging object when you start the undo run.
- In transaction DAGRUN, from the Menubar, choose in the menu.
- Select a undo run.
- In the menu, select .
On this detail screen, you receive information about the data aging objects contained in the run as well as the number of processed rows and business objects.
Job Overview
To get the detailed views of individual jobs, you can call the job overview for the undo runs.
- Select one or more undo runs for which you want to see the job details.
- Choose the Display Job icon, or choose in the menu.
If you have just started one or more jobs, or if the jobs are still in progress, update the overview of the undo runs before you view the job details by choosing Refresh. The Display Job window provides you with the usual functions for the job overview (transaction SM37), such as the spool list or job log.
Display Run Logs
You can display the overview of job logs for undo run.
- Select one or more undo runs for which you want to see the job log.
- Choose the Display Run Logs icon, or choose in the menu.
- Select the data aging object in the Data Aging Run Logs window.
- Choose Job Options, then select Job Log from the list. The job log overview is displayed.
