Procedure

The following document maintenance management information is available during word processing in SAPscript:

  • Document

    • Short text

    • Document class

    • Language

    • Documentation type

    • Processing status

    • Version number

    • Master language flag ("X" = language is master language)

    • Development class

    • Created by/created on

    • Changed by/changed on

  • Where-used list for data elements

    • Program

    • Screen number

    • Table

    A list of screens in which the data element is used is displayed. If you double-click on a line, a rough version of the screen is displayed. The line containing the data element in question is highlighted visually.

    You can generate this where-used list from a generic list or a work list: To do so, position the cursor on the appropriate data element and select the function Start of the navigation pathGoto Next navigation step Screen ListEnd of the navigation pathor press the pushbutton Screen list in the application tool bar.

  • Version history

    • Document class

    • Object name

    • Language

    • Version number, Document type, Editing status, Changed by, Date
