Output Documentation
Procedure
You can output documentation texts both to the screen and to the printer. The screen output can be used to check the layout. To do this, call in the SAPscript editor.
Printing a Single Document
To print the document you are working on in the documentation editor, call function . The display is in accordance with the screen format. The object name is also displayed.
You can also enter the name of a document in the initial screen of the documentation maintenance transaction and print it with the function or the corresponding pushbutton. In this case, the printout also includes an object's short text.
Printing a Selection of Documents
You can print any selection of documents with the aid of a worklist.
You can set up a worklist for a particular environment, document class, or editing status. You can display the work list in full or only for a particular editing status.
To execute the output function, select in the worklist.

More output functions
In the initial screen of the maintenance transaction, select to call the following print output functions:

Document class
This function allows you to output all elements in a document class or a generic selection of elements from the class irrespective of editing status.

Environment
This function allows you to make the same selection as when you print a work list.

Table manual
This function allows you to print the documentation for the fields of a table.
Printing a List of Documents or Objects that can be Documented
There are two methods available for printing a list of names of documents or of objects that can be documented:

Worklist
In the worklist choose and select the option "Worklist" in the dialog box.

Selection list
Selection list In the selection list, choose the Print function.
