Creating and Changing an Applicant Activity

Procedure

  1. From the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Start of the navigation path Human resources Next navigation step Personnel Management Next navigation step Recruitment Next navigation step Applicant Activities Next navigation step Maintain. End of the navigation path

  2. The Maintain Applicant Activities screen appears.

  3. Enter the desired applicant number in the Applicant number field, and choose .

  4. The Maintain Applicant Activities screen appears.

  5. Either create a new applicant activity from scratch, create a new activity by copying an existing one, or change an existing activity. Proceed as follows:

    Create a new planned activity

    Choose Start of the navigation path Edit Next navigation step Create planned activity End of the navigation path

    Create Planned Activity , or Create Completed Activity

    Create a new completed activity

    Choose Start of the navigation path Edit Next navigation step Create completed activity End of the navigation path

    Create Planned Activity , or Create Completed Activity

    Create an activity by copying from an existing activity

    Select the planned or completed activity you want to copy and choose activity .

    Create Planned Activity , or Create Completed Activity

    Change an activity

    Select the planned or completed activity you want to change and choose activity .

    Change Planned Activity , or Change Completed Activity

    Applicant activities created by copying are automatically assigned the same status (planned/completed) as the applicant activity copied.

    The data transferred to the fields of a copied activity are default values, and can be overwritten, if required.

  7. In the Activity type field, enter the key for the activity type, and, in the Performance date field, the desired performance deadline. Make any other necessary entries.

  8. To send an e-mail to the person responsible for the activity, or the appropriate administrator, select Send mail.

  9. To create a note for the activity, choose notes.

  10. Choose .

  11. This takes you back to the Maintain Applicant Activities screen.

  12. Choose .
