Applicants by Name (Report RPAPL001)

Use

You can use t his report to generate a list of the names of applicants.

Features

You can use this report to display an overview of applicants’ overall status. You can also use it to generate a worklist for yourself. The output list contains several interactive functions that you can use to further process applicant data.

Note Note

If you want to take advantage of the full range of functions available, run the report in the Recruitment application. If you access the report from information systems (for example, the Recruitment information system or the Human Resources information system), the range of functions available is restricted. Please also note that you can only use the interactive functions in the output list if you run the report from the Recruitment application.

Selection

The Period and Selection areas contain the standard Recruitment selection fields .

In the Reference section you specify whether you want applicants who have been assigned reference personnel numbers to be taken into account, and if so, which ones.

Note Note

If you define a reference personnel number, the output list displays only the applicants who have been assigned a reference personnel number.

You can use the following selection criteria in the Further data section:

  • Last name

  • Name at birth

  • First name

  • Nationality

You can use the fields under Gender to select for a specific gender.

Output

The output list contains the following columns:

  • App.no. (applicant number)

  • Name

  • Overall status

  • Since

This field specifies the date from which the overall status for an applicant is valid.

Activities

If you run the report from the application, you can perform additional functions for individual applicants. For details on the procedure, see Perform Interactive Functions in Recruitment Reports .

Example

In the personnel screening process, you want to view the applications you have received so that you can present your line manager with a list of interesting applicants.

As personnel officer, you are responsible for all applicants whose names begin with the letters A-K. The Applicants by Name report enables you to select all the applicants in this group.
