Applicant Activities In the
Recruitment
component, applicant activities are used to enter, log, and plan all the tasks performed for an applicant during the selection procedure. Applicant activities are administrative stages through which an applicant passes during the course of the application procedure.

Performance date
For planned activities, the performance date indicates the date by or on which the activity is to be carried out; for completed activities it indicates the date on which they were actually carried out.
Person responsible for activity
This employee is responsible for ensuring that the activity is carried out on or by the deadline specified, and may be responsible for carrying it out him/herself.
