Entering Additional Data on an Applicant From the
SAP
Easy
Access
screen, choose

Applicant Actions
screen appears.
Enter the applicant number and select
Initial entry of basic data
.

Assign the desired vacancies to the applicant.
If you choose
Default vacancy
for applications that refer to an advertisement, the system proposes the vacancies published in the advertisement.
To enter additional data on an applicant, select
Training and Education, Other/previous employees
and
Qualifications
from the tab index.
The
Qualifications
tab strip appears, if
Recruitment
is not integrated. If you are installing
Recruitment
and
Personnel Development
, create qualifications, as described in step 6.
To create qualifications:
Choose
Maintain qualifications profile
.
If you are creating qualifications for an
external
applicant, the
Applicant: Change Profile (<data selection period>)
screen appears.
If you are creating qualifications for an
internal
applicant, the
Applicant: Change Profile (<data selection period>)
screen appears.
