Repeating the Check for Multiple Applicants and Former Employees

Prerequisites

The automatic check for multiple applicants and former employees is carried out once for every last and first name entered. You can also trigger this check manually.

Procedure

  1. From the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Start of the navigation path Human resources Next navigation step Personnel Management Next navigation step Recruitment Next navigation step Applicant Master Data Next navigation step Initial entry. End of the navigation path

  2. The Initial Entry of Basic Data screen appears.

  3. Enter data in the required fields, and choose Check ex-app./ex-ee.

Result

The check for multiple applicants and former employees is repeated.
