Creating a Vacancy in Organizational Management The
Recruitment
component must be integrated with the
Organizational Management
component.
There are two ways in which you can create vacancies in Organizational Management.
From the SAP Easy Access screen, choose
The
Maintain Position
screen appears.
Enter a position in the
Position
field.
Select
Current plan
for the
Plan version
field.
Select the infotype
Vacancy
and the status
active
and choose
.
The
Add Vacancy
screen appears.
If necessary, overwrite the validity of the vacancy.
Choose
.
In the Standard system, the
to be occupied
field is already selected.
The
Create Vacancy
screen of the
Recruitment
component appears.
Enter your data as required.
The system calculates the staffing percentage from the percentage approved, the percentage reserved, and the staffing percentage.
Choose
.
You can create vacancies in Organizational Management as follows:
From the SAP Easy Access menu, choose .
The
Organization and Staffing
screen appears.
From the object type list, choose
Position.
The
Find Position
dialog window appears.
Enter the search data and choose
.
All positions found that correspond to the search data you entered appear in the object list.
Select the position you want from the object list by double-clicking on it.
Detailed information on the selected position is displayed.
To set the position to vacant, choose the
Basic data
tab page.
In the
Staffing status
field, select
Vacancy to be occupied
.
Choose
.
You have created the desired vacancy in the
Organizational Management
component.
Note
Any vacancies that you created in
Organizational Management
are marked with a
P
in the
Maintained in OM
field of the
Vacancy
view (V_T750X). You can edit these vacancies in
Recruitment
. The following fields are exceptions to this:
Personnel officer
Line manager
Percentage reserved
