Retrieving a Standard Letter on Applicant Action

Procedure

  1. From the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Start of the navigation path Human resources Next navigation step Personnel Management Next navigation step Recruitment Next navigation step Applicant Activities Next navigation step Maintain. End of the navigation path

  2. The Maintain Applicant Activities screen appears.

  3. Enter the desired applicant number, and choose . .

  4. The Maintain Applicant Activities screen appears.

  5. Select the desired activity, and choose Activity .

  6. The Change Planned Activity dialog box appears.

  7. Choose Change in letter.

  8. The Delete Letter dialog box appears.

  9. Choose Yes .

  10. The change to the letter is undone. The system displays a window entitled Change Planned Activity .

  11. Choose .

  12. The Maintain Applicant Activities screen appears.

  13. Choose .

Result

You have retrieved a standard letter for a planned applicant activity.
