Personnel screeningIn the screening process, you select the applicants you consider suitable for a vacancy.
All applicants whose overall status is
Processing
or
On hold
after
Processing Receipt of Application
or
Applicant Pool Administration
are included in the screening process.
You maintain a vacancy assignment for all suitable applicants. This guarantees that all the applicants under consideration for a vacancy are taken into account in the selection process .

In mass processing, you can maintain the vacancy assignments using the
Vacancy Assignment List
report.
Note that you can create several vacancy assignments for each applicant.
Create the relevant vacancy assignments.
Before you begin the selection process, check whether all applicants in the applicant pool who have status
On hold
are assigned to a vacancy.
