Deleting an Applicant
You can use this function to delete an applicant and all applicant related master data stored in the corresponding infotypes.
Procedure
From the SAP Easy Access screen, choose
Human resources ® Personnel Management ® Recruitment ® Applicant Master Data ® Delete.
The
Delete Applicant Master Data
screen appears.Enter the desired applicant number in the
Applicant number
field, and choose
(Execute
).The
Delete Applicant Master Data
screen appears.To select all infotype records stored on this applicant, choose
(Select All
).Choose
(Delete
).The
Delete Applicant Master Data
dialog box appears.Confirm the delete command, by choosing
(Yes
) .
Result
You have deleted the applicant from the system.
Note
If you are using internal number assignment, the system cannot assign the number of the deleted applicant again at a later date.
More Information
Applicant related communication data sent by the SAPconnect system, which is generated during the recruitment process, is not automatically deleted by this function. To delete applicant related communication, use the RSBCS_REORG report.
