Maintain Vacancy Assignments (Report RPAPUT00)

Use

You can use this report to process vacancy assignments.

Features

You can use this report to display an overview of vacancy assignments. The output list contains several interactive functions that you can use to further process applicant data, in particular, to change the status of vacancy assignments.

Selection

The Period and Selection areas contain the standard Recruitment selection fields .

In the Reference section you specify whether you want applicants who have been assigned reference personnel numbers to be taken into account, and if so, which ones.

Note Note

If you define a reference personnel number, the output list displays only the applicants who have been assigned a reference personnel number.

You can use the following selection fields in the Further data section:

  • Priority

  • Vacancy

  • Status (vacancy)

  • Status reason (vacancy)

Output

The output list contains the following columns:

  • App.no. (applicant number)

  • Name

  • Pr (priority)

  • Vacancy

  • Status (vac.) (vacancy assignment status)

  • New status

Activities

You can carry out further processing for individual applicants from the output list. For details on the procedure, see Perform Interactive Functions in Recruitment Reports .

Example

After interviews, it has been decided that some applicants will fill existing vacancies. You want to change the status of the vacancy assignment from Invite to To be hired. Using the Maintain Vacancy Assignments report, you can select the relevant applicants and change the status. After this step, you can also evaluate the vacancies concerned and change the status of vacancy assignments for the applicants who will not fill the vacancy (for example, to Reject) or assign some applicants to other vacancies.
