The system supports the following areas of the selection procedure:

  • Support of Vacancy Assignment

Applicants not yet assigned to a vacancy (applicant pool) can be listed and subsequently assigned to one or more vacancies directly via the list.

If you are using Recruitment in conjunction with Personnel Development , the system can also compare qualifications or requirements profiles, enabling you to find suitable vacancies for each applicant or suitable applicants for each vacancy. You can use requirements profiles to find suitable applicants for each vacancy, or suitable vacancies for each applicant.

  • Support in Decision-making

You can list applicants assigned to a particular vacancy and check their suitability for the vacancy by means of a short profile and archived facsimiles of the application documentation. You can record your decision in the system directly via the list. The system also enables you to perform the follow-up activities which arise from a decision.
