Preparing to Hire an Applicant If an applicant is to be hired for a vacancy, you must set his/her overall status and vacancy assignment status for this vacancy to

When you save, a warning appears informing you that a data record is to be deleted or delimited. You can ignore this warning, and save again.
Select the vacancy for which the applicant has been hired, and choose

Change Vacancy Assignment Status
dialog box appears.
Enter

Look to see if the applicant is assigned to several vacancies.
- If not , proceed to step 9.

so
, select all the vacancies for which the applicant is not to be hired and choose
status (vac.).

process is complete.
If you do want to change the vacancy assignment status for these persons, process with step 11.
To select all the applicants listed, choose

All remaining vacancy assignment statuses for the applicant are set to
Rejected.
You have also changed the status of all other applicants assigned to the same vacancy as the applicant.
If the appropriate settings have been made, the system has automatically created the activities
Transfer applicant data
and
Hiring date.
The percentage approved, percentage reserved and staffing percentage (and thus also staffing status) of the vacancy for which the applicant is to be hired have been changed.
