Print Labels (Report RPAPRT06)You can use this report to print labels for sending letters to applicants.
To be able to print labels, you must have first printed applicant letters in
Recurring Tasks.
To access the report in the
Recruitment
application, choose the following path from the
SAP Easy Access
screen:
The report generates an output list displaying applicants according to the selection criteria you specified. You can print labels directly from the list.
Selection
The
Period
and
Selection
areas contain the
standard Recruitment selection fields
.
In the
Reference
section you specify whether you want applicants who have been assigned reference personnel numbers to be taken into account, and if so, which ones.
Note
If you define a reference personnel number, the output list displays only the applicants who have been assigned a reference personnel number.
In the
Additional data
section, you can choose the last person to process the activity by making an entry in the
Activity last changed by
field.
Output
The output is an interactive list in the format that is usual for the SAP List Viewer (ALV) Grid Control.
The output list contains interactive functions that you can use to process and pass on the list. For details on the procedure, see the
Introduction to the SAP System
documentation, by choosing

Print labels
Select the applicants in the output list for whom you want to print labels, and choose
Print labels.
The
Printing Labels for Applicant Correspondence
dialog box appears.
Enter the data required to control the printing, and choose
.
If you select
MS Word,
the labels are printed directly.
If you choose
Print from list,
the
Print Parameters
screen appears. Make the required entries, and choose
Continue.
The
Printing Labels for Applicant Correspondence
screen appears, which displays how many labels the system has printed.
At the end of a selection process, you want to return application documents to applicants who are not being considered for the advertised vacancy. To send the original documents you require large envelopes, and you want to print address labels for them.
You enter the job advertisement number in the
Advertisement
field of the report selection screen, and run the report. The selected applications are displayed in the output list. You select all applicants to whom you want to return documents, and print labels according to the procedure described above.
