Employees use this application to conduct an integrated performance appraisal for several persons at one time.
In the standard system, this service is accessed from the Appraisal Documents for China service. The service is called by choosing the Advanced Integrated Appraisal
pushbutton
on the As Appraiser
tab page of the Appraisal Documents for China
(HAPCN_A_DOCUMENT_LIST) Web Dynpro application.
On the initial selection screen, an employee fills out the necessary fields to set the criteria for the system to display appraisal documents. After the employee chooses the
Continue
pushbutton,
the system displays the corresponding appraisal documents in a results table on the following screen. The employee then conducts the appraisal for all relevant persons on this single screen.
An employee can conduct the appraisal for each appraisee row by row in the results table. When the employee selects a row, he or she can view the part appraisals that the colleagues make about the appraisee by choosing the View Part Appraisals
pushbutton. The
employee can select multiple rows and choose the Compare Appraisees
pushbutton to display the selected appraisees on a single screen so that the employee can compare their performance. The employee can also select multiple rows and perform a common action, such as completing
the appraisal, by choosing the corresponding pushbutton.
If Detailed View
is selected as the view type on the selection screen, when the employee selects a row in the results table, the system displays the body of the appraisal document below the table. The employee can find and enter more information about the appraisee
in the body of the appraisal document.
