On the As Appraisee tab page, employees can view all appraisal documents in which they are the appraisee. When employees select a row, they can view the part appraisals that their colleagues make about them by choosing the View Part Appraisal pushbutton.

On the As Appraiser tab page, employees can view all appraisal documents in which they personally are an appraiser, part appraiser, or further participant. Employees can choose the Advanced Integrated Appraisal pushbutton to call the Integrated Performance Appraisal for China service in which they can conduct an integrated performance appraisal. The system uses the Default Values for the Integrated Performance Appraisal (28PMD) feature to determine the default values for the integrated performance appraisal. Employees can also select a row and choose the Assess Similar Appraisees pushbutton to conduct an appraisal for all appraisees that have similar selection criteria as the selected appraisal document.

On both tab pages, employees can open an appraisal document by clicking the name of the document and view the latest updates of appraisal documents by clicking Refresh.
