With access control management (ACM), you can control the activities that users can execute on change numbers.

Note Note

To create and change an object that has a reference to a change number, you must have the authorization for the activity Enter, Include, Assign to reuse the change number. If you do not have authorization for this activity, the system denies the requested activity.

You have to grant access to classification separately for each user by a role maintained with the Role Maintenance (PFCG) transaction. The necessary authorization objects are the following: C_KLAH_BKL, C_TCLA_BKA, C_TCLS_BER, and C_TCLS_MNT.
