Activities for Change Numbers

With access control management (ACM), you can control the activities that users can execute on change numbers.

The system allows the following activities for change numbers:

						This activity only works with activities Display or Change for the object.

Publish (PU)	-	-	Owned	-	-	Transferring and assigning change number to an other context
						This activity also requires the granting of the Assign activity in the target context.
No Authorization	-	-	(Only available through ACL)	x	-	Explicitly denying any access to object

Note Note

To create and change an object that has a reference to a change number, you must have the authorization for the activity Enter, Include, Assign to reuse the change number. If you do not have authorization for this activity, the system denies the requested activity.

You have to grant access to classification separately for each user by a role maintained with the Role Maintenance (PFCG) transaction. The necessary authorization objects are the following: C_KLAH_BKL, C_TCLA_BKA, C_TCLS_BER, and C_TCLS_MNT.
