Transport Forms and Folders Using SAP Cloud Transport Management

You can use SAP Cloud Transport Management service to transport forms and folders between different subaccounts of SAP Group Reporting Data Collection.

Context

You run this export from the list of forms. The top-level folder is transported with its folders and forms.

Procedure

  1. From the Manage Forms app, select the top-level folder containing the forms and folders you want to export and choose Transport.
  2. Enter a name and choose Export.
    A message is displayed informing you that a request is sent to SAP Cloud Transport Management.
  3. Logon to SAP Cloud Transport Management and choose Transport Nodes.
  4. Select the target transport node (the target transport node is defined in step 8b of SAP Cloud Transport Management Service Implementation).
  5. Select the transport entry (.zip file containing one or more transport) you want to import and choose Import Selected.
  6. Choose OK to approve the import.
    Once the import is done, the status is updated to Succeeded. You can choose (Display the logs for this queue entry) to check the logs of your transport request.

Results

You can open the target system to check that the objects have been imported.
