Configurable Retention Time for Finished Purge Requests in Purge Request Monitor

You can configure retention time for purge requests that aren’t in progress in Start of the navigation pathAdmin Center Next navigation step Company System and Logo SettingsEnd of the navigation path.

Purge requests in Start of the navigation pathPurge Request Monitor Next navigation step Purge Progress & ResultsEnd of the navigation pathwith the following status can be retained from 1 day to 5 years:

  • Completed

  • Completed with error

  • Completed with an empty report

  • Declined

  • Failed

  • Expired

The default retention time for these purge requests is 180 days.

Customers requested that the retention time for these purge requests be configurable.

Role-Based Permission Prerequisites

You have the Company System and Logo Settings permission.

A new configuration option is added to the Data Retention Management section.
