The Manage Conditional Groups and Defaults permission category gives you access to MDF objects that you can use to create default fields, condition fields, and groups for selection criteria of default values.

As an RBP administrator, you can enable the Visibility and Actions permissions for all the items in the Manage Conditional Groups and Defaults permission category.

We've introduced this permission category so that you can reduce the overhead of manual data entries, by giving access to MDF objects that can be used to autofill default values in fields from these entities: Position, Job Information, Compensation Information, and Employment Details.
