Learning Assignments Enhancements on the Latest Home Page
SAP SuccessFactors now displays Learning Assignment tasks on the latest home page.
The latest home page now displays all the assignments that are due in the next 30 days or are overdue by 365 days.
- Surveys
- Curricula requirement group
- If there any changes to the user or entity after the assignment is made, those changes won't be reflected on the latest home page.
- Whenever an action occurs in Learning, there can be a delay in the change appearing on the latest home page, which can take up to an hour.
- If you make any changes to your integration or refresh your instance after upgrading to the new assignments on the latest home page, then you need to undo and upgrade to the Learning Assignments after the new integration setup.
- To view assignment data that is overdue by 365 days, navigate to the Learning landing page.
If you've upgraded in 2H 2021, you'll still see items that are overdue by five years. However, for newer assignments made after 1H 2022, you’ll see the items that are overdue by 365 days.
This enhancement allows Learning users to track their learning assignments on the latest home page.

The latest home page is enabled.

Use the Upgrade Center to migrate Learning Assignment tasks from SAP SuccessFactors Learning to the latest home page and Learning to-dos.
- When you initiate the upgrade, you need the Admin ID for Learning and User ID for Platform to be the same. You also need to have Learning Administration RBP permission in Platform.
