End of Development May 21, 2021 The deprecation milestone after which SAP stops enhancing a product or part of a product. You can continue to use the software, but you should begin planning for a time when it will no longer be available for use. We still fix high-priority bugs.
End of Maintenance May 21, 2021 The deprecation milestone after which SAP does not fix bugs or deliver patches for the software. SAP continues to answer your how-to questions. We strongly encourage you to adopt an alternative method for your business scenario.

Deprecation Details

The resource path required a professional services engagement to create and maintain custom content for a Brand. In 2014 SAP SuccessFactors introduced a site custom html header that can contain the same cascading style sheet information. Additionally, brand support for a SuccessFactors theme is planned, but will only apply to Brand – Organization association (not Security Domain).

If your company has a Brand with Resource Path populated, you may migrate those styles to the Header or plan to leverage a SuccessFactors theme. If you don’t migrate your styles, the default SuccessFactors theme is applied in the release that the Brand Resource path is removed.
