Qualtrics Surveys for Service Center Ticket

You can now integrate Qualtrics surveys with the Employee Central Service Center so that you can get feedback from your employees.

A Qualtrics embedded survey launches when:
  • Employees close a newly created AskHR ticket.
  • Employees confirm the closure of a resolved AskHR ticket.

Customers wanted a way to get employee feedback regarding their satisfaction with the Service Center. This provides your shared service department with another way to easily measure their efficiency and employee satisfaction, all within the flow of work. You can configure the questions you want the employee to answer. The employee has the option to decline the survey, and all survey responses are anonymous and not tied to the employee or their specific ticket.

Configuration Requirements

Your system needs to be set up to run Manage Qualtrics Integrations from the SAP SuccessFactors Admin Center.

What's Changed

In the current version, Manage Qualtrics Integrations in the Admin Center includes the Close HR Ticket option to integrate in-app surveys for the Employee Central Service Center.

In the previous version, this feature wasn't available in Manage Qualtrics Integrations.
