Close a Ticket Using Ask HR

Employees can now close a ticket using SAP SuccessFactors Ask HR application.

Employees can only close tickets with the following status:
  • Open

  • In Process (By Agent)

  • In Process (Waiting for Employee)

As an employee, you can now close a ticket without having to contact the HR Agent.
