You can go to the header screen of the unit cost estimate by choosing Header Screen (Header Screen) in the list screen.

Information on Cost Estimate Header (Information on Cost Estimate Header) takes you to information that was used in the cost estimate, such as the material master and the costing variant.

History (History) displays information such as who created the unit cost estimate and when it was created.

List Screen (List Screen) takes you back to the list screen of the unit cost estimate.

Change Lot Size... enables you to alter the lot size for the costing items.

Reference Object

Object for which the cost estimate is created (order, project, material)

Costing Variant

Contains control parameters and settings for costing, such as how the costing items are valued and which costing sheet is used to calculate overhead

Controlling Area

Controlling area to which the cost estimate is assigned

Costing Version

Costing versions enable you to create more than one cost estimate for the same material without having to define new costing variants.

Material Comp.

Flags the material as a material component.

If you select this indicator, a raw material cost estimate is created and an item of category I is inserted. You can switch off raw material costing by deselecting the indicator or by choosing Start of the navigation path Functions Next navigation step Raw Material Cost Estimate Next navigation step Switch Off End of the navigation path.

Overall values in CO area currency

Sum of the item values in the currency of the controlling area

Fixed values in CO area currency

Portion of the item values flagged as fixed costs

Overall values in foreign currency (header)

Sum of the item values in the object currency (header foreign currency)

Fixed values in foreign currency (header)

Portion of the item values in object currency (header foreign currency) flagged as fixed costs

Overall values in foreign currency (item)

Sum of the item values in the transaction currency (item foreign currency)

Fixed values in foreign currency (item)

Portion of item values in transaction currency (item foreign currency) flagged as fixed costs

Pricing Date

Date on which the prices of the items are calculated from the master data. If the reference object of the cost estimate is a production order, this date is the same as the order start date.

Lot Size

Quantity you entered when creating the cost estimate or which you changed using the Change Lot Size... function.
