Viewing Statement of Work and People details for a Work Order

View the Statement of Work and people details fetched from SAP Fieldglass in SAP Asset Intelligence Network.

Prerequisites

  • You must have successfully integrated SAP Fieldglass with SAP Asset Intelligence Network. For more information, see Integration with SAP Fieldglass.

  • You must have a minimum authorized role of WORKORDER_READ.

Context

The Statement of Work (SOW) and people detail for a work order are fetched from SAP Fieldglass and displayed in SAP Asset Intelligence Network.

Procedure

  1. Open the Work Orders application.
  2. Select the work order for which you want to view the associated Statement of Work and people details.
  3. Select the Statement of Work section to view the SOW details.
  4. Select the People section to view the worker details.

    You can also view these details on the work order operation page and on the multi work order page when selecting multiple work orders.
