Requests

While using a piece of equipment, you could face issues with respect to which model is the best suited for it or with respect to the equipment itself. To get recommendation on the model from a relevant stakeholder, say the Manufacturer, you can create a model request. By creating this request, you involve the relevant stakeholder who can collaborate and provide you with a model recommendation. The parties involved in this workflow are:

• Requester: The user who requests for model recommendation for the equipment by creating a model request.

• Provider: The user who recommends model for the equipment via the model request sent by the requester.
