Marking a Notification as Favorite

Mark a notification as favorite from the notification list page or the notification object page for easy access or filtering.

Prerequisites

You must have a minimum authorized role of NOTIFICATION_READ.

Procedure

  1. From the notification object page:
    1. Open the Notifications application.
    2. Select the notification that you wish to mark as a favorite.
    3. Click the icon on the notification object page.
  2. From the notifications list page:
    1. Open the Notifications application.
    2. Click the Settings icon.
    3. Check the option for My favorite under the Columns tab and click OK.
    4. Click the icon for the notifications that you wish to mark as favorite.
