Statement of Work Status

The status of a Statement of Work is obtained from SAP Fieldglass and displayed in SAP Asset Intelligence Network.

The status of a Statement of Work can be viewed on the following screens:

  • Statement of Work Details popup when you click on the Statement of Work link.

  • Statement of Work section on the Work Order or Operation object screen.

The Statement of Work for a Work Order or Operation can have the following color coded statuses:
Statement of Work Status Color

  • Draft

  • Pending Supplier Review

  • Pending Buyer Review

  • Submitted

  • Pending Approval

  • Pending Response

  • Response Pending Approval

 Orange

  • Rejected

  • Declined

  • Response Approval Paused

  • Response Rejected

 Red

  • Approved

  • Closed

 Green
