Interface Format

SAP creates an Access database during the export (as long as this does not already exist) and fills it with data. This database contains the following tables:

  1. A definition table that contains the SAP DDIC information for all created tables:

  2. DDIC Information from the SAP Data Repository

  3. Project structure tables, which contain all selected project objects from the structure overview with data, that can also be displayed in the information system.

    ACTR Activities (also those that cannot be confirmed)

    ELEMR Activity elements (also those that cannot be confirmed)

    AFFHR Production resources/tools

    KBEDR Capacity requirements

    RESBR Material reservations

    AFRUR Confirmations (that have already taken place)
