Authorizations

The table below shows the standard roles that are used by the SAP Interactive Forms by Adobe.

Standard Roles

Role	Description
ADSCaller	Security role that allows the ADSuser to access the Adobe document services. This role is in the AS Java and was created when system was installed. Required for calling the web service of the Cloud service SAP Forms as a Service by Adobe (ADS on HCP), available on the SAP HANA Cloud Platform..
ADSAdmin	Required for calling the configuration tool of the Cloud service SAP Forms as a Service by Adobe (ADS on HCP), available on the SAP HANA Cloud Platform.. Note An administrator is authorized to view error logs created during rendering. If such a log contains confidential business data, the admin may see it. See also Data Storage Security.
SAP_BC_FP_ICF	Role that allows the ADS_AGENT to access the ICF service in the SAP Web AS ABAP. Use this role in an ABAP+Java system. See Technical System Landscape .
SAP_BC_FPADS_ICF	Role that allows the ADS_AGENT to access the ICF service in the SAP Web AS ABAP. For performance reasons, use his role, when AS ABAP and AS Java are installed on separate systems.
ADSCallers	Only if ADSuser is located in the SAP Web AS ABAP (Transaction PFCG). The ADSCallers role in SAP Web AS ABAP appears automatically as the ADSCallers group in the AS Java. See User Management .
