Displaying Audit Results

Display audit results to check on the status of current audits in the system or to prepare for publishing your findings and archiving them.

Prerequisites

You have been assigned the authorizations required to display the results for the audit you want to display.

Procedure

  1. Start Audit Information System - Log Analysis (transaction SAIS_LOG).
  2. Enter selection data to find audit results.
  3. Determine if you only want to display previous results along with the final results.

    By default, the transaction shows only the final results for each check. To show the intermediate results as well, clear the Determine Only Last Check Status in Each Case checkbox. For the final findings, leave this option selected.

  4. Determine the output format.

    • To show a preview of the logs in the system, select Short Overview (ALV).

    • To generate an HTML version suitable for printing and archiving, select Detailed Display.

  5. Choose Execute Object(Execute).
