Modifying an Organization Rule

Use

Use this feature to change an existing organization rule.

Procedure

  1. Choose Start of the navigation pathSetup Next navigation step Exception Access Rules Next navigation step Organization RulesEnd of the navigation path.

    The Organization Rules screen appears.

  2. Choose the Organization Rule ID for the organization rule that you want to change, and then choose Open.

    The screen for the organization ID that you chose appears where you can enter changes.

  3. Modify the organization rules as needed.

    You can only change data in the following fields:

    • Parent Org Rule ID

    • Description

    On the Org Level tab, you can only change data in the following fields:

    • Value From

    • Value To

    • Condition

    • Status

  4. Choose Save.

    A confirmation message appears stating that the data has been saved.

  5. Choose Close.

  • Additional Rules Upload

  • Additional Rules Download
