X.509 Client Certificate Support for Cloud Data Integration and SAP S/4HANA Cloud Connections

You can now use X.509 client certificates or certificate chains for authentication when creating connections to Cloud Data Integration endpoints and to SAP S/4HANA Cloud in a more secure way including encryption. For new connections, X.509 Client Certificate becomes the default authentication type.

Context Management

With this new feature data providers are now able to define and limit who can see their data products. You can now publish your data products in private contexts. Then your data products are not available publicly any longer. You can invite consumers to join your own context to be members in your private data marketplace. You can also invite other data providers to publish their data products in your context to create a wider offering.

With the introduction of context management, all existing data providers profiles will be set to type Public Data Provider and all existing data products will be assigend to the context SAP Data Marketplace. When creating new data products you have to specify the context where they will be published.

Searching for Objects in the Impact and Lineage Analysis Diagram

Diagrams can contain a large number or objects, and searching for them is made easy thanks to the new search bar present in the dialog toolbar.

Sharing TCUR* Tables To Other Spaces

You can now share the TCUR* currency conversion tables to other spaces using the already existing dialog box that allows to create currency conversion objects. Once the tables have been shared to other spaces, these spaces will see your space as an alternative source to create the currency conversion views.

Export and Import Intelligent Lookups as JSON Files or via the Transport App

You can now export and import intelligent lookups either manually as JSON files or via the Transport app.

Command Line Interface Enhancements: List Spaces

A new command dwc spaces list lets any user obtain a list of the spaces to which they have access on the tenant.

Command Line Interface Enhancements: Reset Database User Password

A new command dwc dbusers password reset lets administrators and space administrators reset the password of a database user.
