Administration

• Creating an SAP Data Warehouse Cloud Service Instance in SAP BTP

  If you've signed the Cloud Platform Enterprise Agreement (CPEA), you can now directly create SAP Data Warehouse Cloud service instances (tenants) in SAP BTP.

Data Integration

• Browse Data via the SAP Data Warehouse Cloud Public APIs

  You can use the OData APIs to search and replicate data following the OData version 4 standard. With these APIs, you can extend existing integration capabilities with SAP Analytics Cloud, and you are given the freedom to build your own solutions.

Data Modeling

• Setting Compound Keys

  Compound keys are now supported and can be set in the Data Builder editors such as the Table Editor, the Graphical View editor, the E/R Model editor, and the SQL View editor. Compound keys are also supported in parent/child hierarchies.

• Mass Deployment of Objects in the Data Builder and the Repository Explorer

  Deploy large quantities of tables, graphical views, SQL views, Data Access Controls, and Analytic Models with the deploy option in the Data Builder and Repository Explorer.

• Enable Batch Query in Data Flow to Fetch Large Odata Source Files

  To add large Odata source files in a Data Flow, enable the Batch Query option in the Advanced properties section of an odata node. It will fetch the data batch by batch according to the fetch size defined.
