Displaying Versions of Styles

Use

To display the different versions of a style, choose Start of the navigation pathUtilities Next navigation step VersionsEnd of the navigation path.

The version list includes the following information:

  • Version and status:

    • New: No active version, not yet available for use.

    • Active: The current style is the active version and is used in the system.

    • Revised: The current style is being edited. There are active and edited versions of the style.

    • Translate: The current style must be translated.

  • Language: The current language key.

  • The original language of the style.

  • A description of the style.

To display detailed information about a version of the style, put the cursor on the version and choose F8 ( Style Info).
