Graphics Administration

Use

You use the SAPscript Graphics Administration function to import, manage, transport, and preview graphics before printing.

Features

You can go to all imported graphics in the navigation tree. Before Release 4.6, graphics were stored as standard texts. This is now obsolete. As of Release 4.6, graphics are stored on a document server. In addition to *.TIF files, you can now import *.BMP graphics files as well.

Activities

Choose Start of the navigation path Utilities Next navigation step SAPscript Administration Graphic End of the navigation path . The dialog window SAPscript Graphic Administration appears.

To import graphics, choose Start of the navigation path Graphic Next navigation step Import End of the navigation path .

Before you can continue with other functions, select an appropriate node in the navigation tree and specify the name and the attributes of the corresponding graphic. You can search for graphics using the input help.

To transport graphics, choose Start of the navigation path Graphic Next navigation step Transport End of the navigation path .

To display screen information, choose Start of the navigation path Graphic Next navigation step Screen Information End of the navigation path .

To display the print preview, choose Start of the navigation path Graphic Next navigation step Print Preview End of the navigation path .
