Form Versions

Use

To display the versions of a form, choose Utilities  Versions.

The version list includes the following information:

• Version and status:

  • New: No active version, not yet available for use.

  • Active: The current form is the active version and is used in the system.

  • Revised: The current form is being edited. There are active and edited versions of the form.

  • Translate: The form must be translated.

• Language: The current language key.

• The original language of the form.

• A description of the form.

To display detailed information about a version of the form, put the cursor on the version and choose F8 ( Form Info).
